"Not helpful at all on the phone and can not bring up the quote I was sent. They did not bother to ask if they could look at what I currently had with another company to see if it even matched. On the phone they seemed to not really care. As someone who used Statefarm for over 30 years and wanted to return because I tried to get Statefarm on my new car this, is very disappointing.
